Why?

According to the report from a Police Officer of Paletwa, the process rats increasing started with the rats eating the bamboo flower. With abundance of the bamboo flower, the hormon in the rat also function in prime condition. Rats give birth with the gestation period of 21 days.

A pregnant rats can give birth to 9 to 15 babies. After delivery, the rats can match again in 3 hours and deliver another batch of babies in 21 days. Each new born babies will need three month before they reach age of maturity for mating. This cycle contribute to the current famine situation in Chin state.
